Nothing this place isn't a 3 star at all is all dated the pictures they have up are not what it looks like now. For the price we paid wasn't worth it
The location was excellent along with the free parking the staff were very friendly and I think trying to do the best job that they could. The breakfast was good and basic.

Close to the city centre (10 mins in an uber) it was quiet- warm and clean - staff really friendly also

The location of the hotel was outside of Edinburgh however, with transport at the door it was easy to travel into the city. There was a great walk suggested by one of the staff members up Corstorphine Hill which provided some amazing views over the city.

Very good value for the money we paid. Cheap enough accommodation on a rugby match day & very close to Murrayfield. Hotel was clean and had everything you could've needed for a night's stay

Basic hotel for one night stop. Hot Breakfast was good and basic Close transport links I would say good place to stop if you’re in Edinburgh for 1 night for work, or for the rugby at murrayfield
